Job summary

LUX Infusion in Bartlett, Tennessee is seeking a licensed pharmacist to provide clinical oversight and leadership during coverage periods. This per diem role supports pharmacy operations, supervises technicians, and ensures safe, compliant medication therapy.

The position requires a PharmD or BS with ACPE accreditation, an active pharmacist license in TN, strong patient-service skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and pharmacy systems.

Qualifications

• BS or PharmD from ACPE-accredited school
• Current, unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of employment
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and pharmacy technology systems

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of pharmacy operations when on duty
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians to ensure safe, effective workflows
• Review and verify prescription orders, ensuring appropriate medication selection and patient education
• Deliver evidence-based, cost-effective medication therapy per FDA requirements and internal policies
• Conduct initial patient assessments and disease-specific consultations
• Maintain compliance with State Board and accreditation standards (URAC, ACHC, The Joint Commission)
• Participate in quality assurance activities and audits
• Respond to operational needs during coverage periods
• Bring reliability and professional presence to clinical operations
