Job summary

LUX Infusion is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist onsite in Memphis, TN to lead safe, effective infusion therapies and guide medication management with accuracy and compassion.

You will collaborate with intake, nursing, and clinical teams to optimize patient care, provide comprehensive counseling on specialty medications, monitor therapies, and uphold regulatory standards in a fast‑paced, patient‑centred environment.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an ACPE‑accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of Tennessee.
• Strong understanding of specialty medications and specialty pharmacy operations.
• Experience providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and verify prescriptions to ensure accuracy, appropriateness, and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate patient records and medication regimens to support safe and effective specialty therapy management.
• Provide comprehensive patient counseling and education regarding specialty medications and treatment plans.
• Monitor drug therapies, identify potential issues, and recommend clinical interventions when appropriate.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless patient care.
