The position requires RN experience, a BSN, and a health-related advanced degree. On-site collaboration with students and faculty is essential, with flexible 2-3 days per week scheduling during 8-week terms.

Qualifications

• Experience applying adult learning principles in nursing education.
• Assess and document student performance and progress in clinical courses.
• Facilitate student-centered learning aligned with accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, administer, and grade exams; participate in final evaluations.
• Ensure attendance tracking and grade submission accuracy.
• Assist with program assessment and instructional initiatives.
• Plan orientation for new faculty in theory and clinical facilities.
• Use online activities to enhance course content and engagement.
• Maintain student records and assist with data collection.
• Submit program reports to the program Director timely.
• Attend faculty meetings and participate in committees.
• Supervise student clinical experiences and ensure facility needs are met.
