Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to perform basic clinical skills such as vital signs, patient transfers, and ADLs.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and observational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary care team.
• Physical ability to assist with patient mobility and stand/walk for extended periods.

Aufgaben

• Assist patients with ADLs including bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
• Obtain and record vital signs: temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, height, weight.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, ROM, and discharges.
• Perform post‑mortem care per protocols.
• Conduct clinical tasks: EKGs, phlebotomy, blood glucose monitoring.
• Observe for changes and report concerns to the RN.
• Maintain, clean, and stock phlebotomy equipment and supplies.
• Support patient safety, comfort, and dignity.
• Perform other duties to support unit operations.
