Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• PBX experience preferred.
• Office or receptionist experience.
• Effective written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer services experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Answer the switchboard and pages overhead; greet and direct visitors to the appropriate departments.
• Monitor hospital alarms and follow policy and procedures for all codes.
• Communicate effectively with population served.
• Maintain professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
