Desert Valley Hospital in Victorville, CA is seeking a PBX Operator – Communications to manage switchboard calls, paging, and reception duties with a per diem, varied-shift schedule. The role emphasizes patient-facing service and quick, accurate routing of communications.

The position requires a high school diploma, PBX or receptionist experience preferred, strong communication and multitasking abilities, and Spanish-speaking candidates are highly preferred.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required (effective 4/1/14).
• PBX experience preferred.
• Office or receptionist experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Answer and route incoming calls through the hospital switchboard.
