Desert Valley Hospital in Victorville, CA is seeking a PBX Operator – Communications for per diem, varied shifts. You will answer and route calls, monitor alarms, greet visitors, and support hospital communications to keep patients and staff connected.

The role requires a high school diploma, prior office or receptionist experience, PBX and customer service experience preferred, with Spanish-speaking candidates highly preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• PBX and customer service experience preferred.
• Office or receptionist experience recommended.

Responsabilidades

• Answer and route incoming calls through the hospital switchboard.
• Manage overhead paging and hospital communications.
• Greet and direct patients, visitors, and guests.
• Monitor hospital alarms and follow emergency code procedures.
• Provide professional, responsive customer service while managing multiple priorities.
