Advanced Radiology Consultants is seeking a Per Diem Patient Services/Patient Care Assistant to float and work evenings. The role blends front desk duties with assisting technologists to ensure patient comfort and efficient operations.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma (GED), and 1–2 years of related experience, with Medical Office Assistant training preferred. We value compassionate, patient-focused service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years’ related experience preferred.
• Graduate of Medical Office Assistant Program preferred.
• Basic knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and visitors with warmth and service.
• Communicate with physicians, patients, and staff by telephone.
• Complete patient admission process accurately and efficiently.
• Explain exam preps and assist technologists as needed.
• Record patient copays and process payments per protocol.
• Assist technologists, staff, and physicians as requested.
• Scan documents and ensure faxes are acted on promptly.
• Maintain records of outside reads and communicate results timely.
• Stock radiologic rooms and assist patients on/off exam table.
