Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform initial assessment and develop an OT treatment plan with patient/family involvement.
• Document all care and ensure reimbursement documentation meets JC/CARF standards.
• Provide OT treatment and adjust plans based on patient progress and goals.
• Teach and supervise students in Occupational Therapy techniques and procedures.
