You will perform assessments, develop and adjust OT treatment plans, document care for reimbursement, and participate in clinical education of students.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• New York State OT license or temporary permit.
• BLS or CPR/AED certification required on entry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Initial assessment of OT needs and development of treatment plans.
• Implement OT treatment plans per current standards and protocols.
• Document care and reimbursement thoroughly in medical chart.
• Educate patients and families about OT goals and strategies.
• Supervise fieldwork students and mentor trainees in appropriate OT techniques.
