Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current state Occupational Therapy certification/license
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate.
• NBCOT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services within scope of practice to restore function for musculoskeletal, neuromuscular and cardiopulmonary disorders.
• Functions as an integral member of the interdisciplinary care team.
