The role requires a Bachelor or Master degree in OT, current state OT license, and CPR/BLS certification; NBCOT, AOTA and OTAC preferred. Per diem shifts on days, collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current state licensure/certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate.
• NBCOT certification; AOTA and OTAC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides consultative and therapeutic services within scope of practice to restore function for musculoskeletal, neuromuscular and cardiopulmonary disorders.
• Functions as an integral member of the interdisciplinary care team and adheres to hospital policies.
• Complies with Title 22 Section 70517, 70519 and regulatory requirements.

Education

Bachelor or Master Degree in Occupational Therapy

Current state Occupational Therapy certification/license

Current BCLS (AHA) certificate

National Board for Certification Occupational Therapy certification, AOTA and OTAC preferred
