Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree required.
• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Florida license as an Occupational Therapist required.
• Current AHA BLS CPR card required.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to patients including assessment, treatment planning, and documentation.
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures and HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in performance improvement and program growth.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.
