Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health seeks a per diem Physical Therapist for our outpatient clinic, focusing on orthopedic, vestibular and neurological rehab with pelvic health. The ideal candidate will have ambulatory outpatient experience, a valid Physical Therapist License, and strong communication and computer skills to support patient care and documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA accredited program or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills with MS Office and/or Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan and implement a PT program focused on restoring function and preventing disability.
• Deliver outpatient orthopedic, vestibular, neurological and pelvic health therapies.
• Collaborate with the ambulatory rehab team and document progress.
