Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA accredited program or equivalent.
• Physical Therapist License required.
• AHA Basic Health Care Life Support (HCP) Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient treatments as scheduled and maintain a safe environment.
• Participate in discharge planning and documentation.
• DME assessment and proper fitting of devices with patient education.
• Provide patient and caregiver education and establish individualized plans of care.
• Maintain compliance with documentation standards and departmental policies.
