Qualifikationen

• Proficiency in health information documentation and record-keeping.
• Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care activities in teams.
• Understanding of discharge planning and coordinating post-hospital care.
• Familiarity with medication administration and safety protocols.
• Current RN license in Pennsylvania and BLS certification.
