Registered Nurse position at Einstein Center One Surgery Center in Philadelphia, **Jefferson Health Plans** umbrella, offers part-time hours of 16 per week with a day shift. No weekends, no on-call, and no holidays. Prior OR experience preferred, with a focus on patient- and family-centered care.

The RN will develop nursing plans of care, address diverse patient needs, and work within a professional team to ensure safe, high-quality care consistent with cultural beliefs and values.

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma or equivalent in nursing from an accredited program.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and collaboration with care partners.
• Cultural awareness to care for diverse patient populations.
• Effective communication with patients, families, and staff, including delegation.
• Knowledge of nursing assessments, care plans, and documentation.
• Ability to educate patients and families about care plans and medications.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and RN licensure in PA.

Responsibilities

• Use information technology to document care and monitor outcomes.
