Job summary

Pine Acres Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a Per Diem Occupational Therapist to support residents recovering from illness or injury in a long‑term care setting. You will assess and treat functional impairments to help residents regain independence.

You’ll work with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, and tailor interventions. Flexibility to cover shifts at nearby facilities may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in OT from an accredited program.
• Active OT license in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents’ functional abilities related to daily living tasks.
• Develop and carry out individualized therapy interventions to improve independence.
• Provide hands-on treatment to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and self-care.
