Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical and functional abilities and determine appropriate occupational therapy interventions.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care based on each patient’s needs and goals.
• Provide evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, functional training, modalities, and splint fabrication.
• Educate patients and caregivers to support progress, safety, and independence.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes.
