Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• State licensure as an Occupational Therapist required.
• BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical and functional abilities and determine appropriate occupational therapy interventions.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide evidence-based interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, functional training, modalities, and splint fabrication.
• Educate patients and caregivers to support progress, safety, and independence.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, therapists and other healthcare professionals; maintain timely documentation.
• Engage in professional development and stay current with OT research and best practices.
