• 1–2 years of occupational therapy experience in residential/assisted living or skilled nursing facility preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists for comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on therapy activities and home programs.
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.
