Job summary

The Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Cambridge is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assist patients of all ages in participating in meaningful activities. You will assess physical, cognitive, and developmental abilities and create individualized treatment plans to support daily living tasks.

Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and fellow therapists, you will document progress and educate patients and families on home exercise programs.

Qualifications

• Must have or be eligible for State Occupational Therapist license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with patients and co-workers.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
