Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of patients' physical, mental, and developmental abilities.

• Provide education to patients and families about exercises to do at home.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and physical therapists for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.
