Mass General Brigham is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist for per diem coverage at 35 Congress Street. The role involves helping pediatric patients participate in meaningful activities and occupations, addressing physical, cognitive, developmental, or emotional challenges.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy, state OT license, and has relevant experience or interest in residential/assisted living settings.

Competenze

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• State OT License required.
• BLS Certification preferred.
• 0-1 year experience preferred; residential/assisted living or skilled nursing experience is desirable.

Mansioni

• Conduct assessments of patients' physical, mental, and developmental abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Implement and monitor treatment plans, adjusting as needed.
• Provide education to patients and their families about therapeutic activities and exercises they can do at home.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and physical therapists to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress notes.
• Attend staff meetings and continuing education to stay current with best practices.
