Job summary

Greenbriar Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a per diem Occupational Therapist to join a compassionate rehab team. The position emphasizes a strong interdisciplinary approach, with a focus on screenings, evaluations, and delivering Occupational Therapy within a supportive facility.

Ideal candidates hold a Florida OT license, demonstrate excellent communication, and are comfortable working independently in a single location with a 6-day rehab program and in-house gym resources.

Qualifications

• BS in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Florida Occupational Therapy License.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings of residents as scheduled to determine the need for evaluation and/or intervention.
• Evaluate residents per physician orders to obtain comprehensive data for the plan of care.
• Provide Occupational Therapy treatment to residents per the plan of care.
• Supervision of OTA/COTA.
• Actively engage and contribute to the rehab department, IDT and facility success.
