Job summary

Arbor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a per diem (PRN) role in a skilled nursing facility setting. Qualifications

• Valid licensure to practice occupational therapy in the state.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and treat residents benefiting from occupational therapy services.
• Complete timely documentation (evaluations, re-certifications, discharges).
• Supervise OT assistants directly and indirectly.
• Perform quarterly screens/evaluations for long-term residents.
• Assist with restorative nursing program development and oversight.
• Support insurance authorizations and appeals as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and contribute to facility needs.
