Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a per diem Occupational Therapist for in-facility assignments across Connecticut. The position requires a minimum of four four-hour days per month, with early starts around 7:30 am and latest finish by 3:00 pm, offering flexible scheduling within a supportive rehab team.

You will assess patients, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy services, collaborating with the Director of Rehab and care staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy curriculum.
• Initial registration from NBCOT.
• Valid OT license in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized OT recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy services in facility settings.
• Collaborate with rehab team to promote independence and safe mobility.
