Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist (OT) license required.
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication, clinical and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional and daily living skills.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications.
• Monitor, document, and communicate resident progress.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and therapy teams.
• Educate residents and families on therapy techniques and safety.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare and safety standards.
