Rehab Advisors in Livingston, NJ is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a per diem role within an in-house therapy program. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with the team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Ideal candidates are licensed OTs, with NBCOT as applicable by state, and available for flexible scheduling. This position supports ongoing professional growth within Enhance Therapies’ network.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• NBCOT certification may be required by state.
• Current license as Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
