Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for an Occupational Health per diem role in Needham, MA. The NP will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document medical and nursing care in collaboration with the Medical Director, following department guidelines and state regulations.

Qualifications include an MSN, NP license, RN license, BLS, Heartsaver CPR, and ANCC certification. Experience in occupational health preferred.

Formación

• Master's degree in Nursing is required.
• NP license and RN license are required.
• BLS and Heartsaver CPR certifications required.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, treat, and document patient care.
• Administer occupational health services with Medical Director supervision.
• Conduct health histories and physical examinations; develop plans of care.
