Master's degree in Nursing is required.
Nurse Practitioner license and MA registration are required.
ANCC Adult NP certification required.
BLS and Heartsaver CPR certifications required.
Experience with computer systems and MS Office is required.

Aufgaben

Assess patients and plan, implement, evaluate, and document medical/nursing care.
Administer care in collaboration with Medical Director of Occupational Health.
Follow Occupational Medicine Clinical Practice Guidelines and hospital policies.
Obtain health history, perform exams, and formulate plans of care for work injury patients.
Assess DOT/PE eligibility and maintain appropriate documentation.
