Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college-level health sciences program (e.g., pre-PA, biology, medical assistant, or related field).
• Per diem, non-benefits eligible position.
• Rotation schedule based on department needs.
• Availability to attend a Residency Program/Orientation requiring full-time hours for initial orientation.

Responsibilities

• Perform direct patient care activities and clerical duties as needed to support unit operations.
• Provide patient hygiene and assist with activities of daily living per nursing plan.
• Observe and document patient needs, communicating changes to licensed staff promptly.
• Assist with transport of patients, specimens, and equipment as required.
• Support care team through problem solving and ensuring accurate documentation.
