Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of progressively responsible NP experience.
• Current CPR/AED certification by Red Cross or American Heart Association.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to triage patients and manage emergent situations with speed and diplomacy.
• Experience with practice management and electronic health records systems.
• Preferred: 3 years of NP experience and graduate degree (Master/Doctorate).
• Ability to plan, develop, and evaluate clinical programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care including histories, exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Order and interpret labs and imaging; perform minor procedures and prescribe medications.
• Address mental health needs and arrange referrals as appropriate.
• Collaborate with physicians and health center staff for complex cases.
• Maintain compliant electronic health records and adhere to policies, HIPAA/FERPA.
