Job summary

Mineral Springs, part of 603 Healthcare, is seeking an RN or LPN to provide direct nursing care with a resident-centered approach. You will coordinate with residents, families, providers, and the interdisciplinary team, guiding nursing staff within licensure and scope of practice.

Responsibilities include medication administration, treatments, monitoring, and communication with physicians, along with care planning and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program appropriate to licensure.
• Current, unrestricted RN or LPN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize resident-care needs.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred.

Available Shift(s):Full-time 7AM - 3PM, requires every other weekend

Compensation:LPN $36- $44 | RN $44-$49, based on experience + applicable shift differentials and full-time modified compensation options

Sign On Bonus: Full-time:LPN $4,000| RN $5,000

About the Role

We're looking for an RN or LPN who brings strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and a resident-centered approach to nursing care.

You'll provide direct nursing care, coordinate with residents, families, providers, and the interdisciplinary team, and help guide assigned nursing personnel. Responsibilities will be performed consistent with your individual licensure and scope of practice. The overlapping RN and LPN responsibilities include medication administration, treatments, resident monitoring, physician communication, care planning, and supervision of assigned nursing staff.
