Job summary

Mineral Springs, part of 603 Healthcare in New Hampshire, is seeking a Per Diem Licensed Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our nursing team. You will provide direct care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary staff to ensure safe, responsive care.

RN or LPN must have a valid license in the state, CPR certification, and strong clinical judgment. Prior long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN program.
• Current unrestricted LPN or RN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care within applicable license scope of practice.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Perform treatments and wound care.
• Monitor resident status and communicate significant changes.
• Carry out and document physician orders.
• Participate in admissions, transfers, discharges, rounds, and care planning as assigned.
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary team.
• Support resident safety, dignity, infection control, and regulatory compliance.

About the Role
