Job summary

Grace Community Care & Homes seeks a Director of Nursing / RN Supervisor for a limited, per-diem home-care oversight assignment. This is not a full-time position. Responsibilities include nursing oversight, assessments, care planning, staff supervision, and quality improvement within the agreed scope.

On-site visits and clinical supervision are required. Compensation is $2,500 per month. Hours, visits and availability will be defined in writing before engagement.

Qualifications

• Active NJ RN license required.
• Experience in home-care nursing leadership is required.
• Credentialing toward HCSF/PCA or home-health model preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing oversight, assessments, care planning, aide supervision, staff competency review, and quality improvement within the agreed scope.
• Support licensing and accreditation readiness.
• On-site visits and clinical supervision must be fulfilled.
