Job summary

Planned Parenthood North Central States in Lincoln, NE is seeking a per diem Nurse Practitioner/APRN for reproductive and sexual health care. You will work under supervision with the Health Center team to provide patient-centered clinical services and documentation.

The position offers $48–$60 per hour, 32 hours per month, and per diem scheduling with training and support to ensure quality care. Benefits include PTO/ESST and a 403(b) plan; SEIU represented.

Qualifications

• Active RN and APN state licenses or eligible for state license in the applying state.
• Current national board-certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant.
• DEA license or ability to obtain; enrollment in Controlled Substance Monitoring Program as applicable.
• Master's degree and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services in reproductive and sexual health in line with medical standards.
• Perform history, exams, orders and interpretation of tests; develop care plans.
• Counsel patients on plan of care, prevention, and health promotion.
• Document thoroughly; collaborate with Medical Director and health team.
• Support clinic operations and ensure patient flow and quality care.
• Prescribe FDA approved birth control methods and manage follow-up care.
