Job summary

Regency Hospital - Springdale, part of Select Medical, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for per diem night shifts in Springdale, AR. The role involves admissions, patient assessments, and high-quality documentation in a post-ICU setting.

Requires active state RN license, BLS and ACLS at hire. Per diem schedule offers 4 shifts in 6 weeks with competitive hourly pay in a supportive national network.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN License is required.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• ACLS certification required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit.
• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Competence in Rapid Response and code events.
• Instruct and counsel patients/families.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
