Qualifications

• Degree from an AMA-approved Radiology school or a 1-year MRI technologist program.
• New York State license in Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT registration (MRI) (R) and MRI certification (MR).

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of MRI procedures in an outpatient setting.
• Follow directions from Manager and Radiologist to ensure quality exams.
• Ensure accurate and complete exam documentation and data entry.
• Improve exam efficiency while meeting patient needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and perform QC as assigned.
• Provide respectful, patient-centered service to patients and families.
• Collaborate with team to achieve department goals.
