Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience in clinical or field settings.
• At least 1 year of EKG experience preferred.
• Certification as CMA or CPT preferred; state licenses may apply in WA/LA.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home blood specimen collection, labeling, and transport per policy and regulatory standards.
• Comply with laboratory safety and handling procedures; deliver to designated laboratories.
• Conduct trained screenings such as EKGs and macular edema exams; receive training if needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and manage transport supplies.
• Monitor clinical supply inventory and coordinate with the clinical team for visits.
• Document visits accurately and report adverse events or inquiries as required.
