Job summary

IQVIA’s In-Home Clinical Solutions team seeks a Mobile Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist to deliver in-home diagnostic services across designated areas. You will travel to patients’ residences to perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and macular edema screenings in support of treatment initiation and adherence.

This per diem role offers flexible hours, with paid travel time and mileage reimbursement. Training is provided, and candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, travel up to 100 miles, and pass a

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience in clinical or field settings required.
• At least 1 year of EKG experience preferred.
• Certification as a CMA or CPT preferred; WA/LA licenses may be required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to transport equipment.
• Willingness to travel up to 100 miles for patient visits.
• Proficient with medical equipment and documentation practices.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Valid driver’s license; driving record review before hire.
• Must complete drug screening and background check after offer.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home blood specimen collection, labeling and transport.
• Conduct EKGs and macular edema screenings as trained.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and manage supplies.
• Monitor clinical supply inventory and logistics.
• Submit visit-related paperwork promptly with clinical coordination team.
• Report adverse events or medical product complaints per guidelines.
• Keep accurate mileage/time logs for reimbursement and compliance.
