Job summary

IQVIA seeks a Mobile Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist for in-home visits across designated U.S. locations. This per diem role covers phlebotomy, EKGs, and macular edema screenings, with flexible scheduling and no minimum monthly visits.

Travel and appointment time are paid, with a 2-hour minimum, plus mileage reimbursement. The position requires 2+ years phlebotomy, 1+ year EKG experience preferred, CMA/CPT certification preferred, and ability to travel up to 100 miles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience
• At least 1 year of EKG experience preferred
• CMA or CPT certification preferred
• State CMA/CPT license required in WA/LA
• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds
• Willingness to travel up to 100 miles
• English fluency (spoken and written)
• Valid driver’s license; driving record review before hire
• Background check and drug screening after offer

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home blood specimen collection and transport
• Comply with lab safety and handling procedures
• Conduct EKGs and macular edema screening exams (training provided)
• Maintain organized work environment and supplies
• Monitor clinical supply inventory
• Coordinate with clinical teams for visit paperwork
• Report adverse events and product complaints
• Maintain mileage/time logs for reimbursement
