Job summary

IQVIA's In-Home Clinical Solutions team seeks a Mobile Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist to support patient care by delivering in-home diagnostic services. This per diem role travels to patient residences to perform phlebotomy, electrocardiograms (EKGs), and macular edema screenings in support of treatment initiation and adherence strategies.

This per diem, travel-based role offers flexible hours with no minimum monthly visit requirement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience in clinical or field settings.
• At least 1 year of EKG experience preferred.
• Certification as CMA or CPT preferred; state CMA/CPT license required where applicable (WA/LA).
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and travel up to 100 miles for visits.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home blood specimen collection, labeling, and transporting specimens.
• Comply with laboratory safety and handling procedures; deliver to laboratories as required.
• Conduct EKGs and macular edema screening exams (training provided).
• Maintain organized work environment and manage clinical supplies.
• Track mileage and time logs for reimbursement and compliance.
• Coordinate with clinical team to submit visit paperwork promptly.
• Report adverse events or patient inquiries per guidance.
