Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Mobile Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist for per diem, in-home services across multiple U.S. locations. You will perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and macular edema screenings, traveling to patient homes with flexible hours and no minimum visit requirement.

Responsibilities include specimen collection, safety compliance, documentation, and collaboration with the clinical team. Must pass drug screen and background check; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience in clinical or field settings.
• At least 1 year of EKG experience preferred.
• Certification as CMA or CPT preferred.
• State CMA/CPT license required in WA or LA.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds for equipment transport.
• Willingness to travel up to 100 miles for patient visits.
• Valid driver’s license with review of driving record.
• Drug screening and background check after offer.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home blood specimen collection, labeling, and transport according to policies and standards.
• Comply with laboratory safety and handling procedures; ensure samples are delivered to labs.
• Conduct EKGs and macular edema screenings as trained.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and transport/storage of supplies.
• Monitor and manage clinical supply inventory.
• Coordinate with IQVIA clinical team to complete visit paperwork.
• Identify and report adverse events or product complaints per guidance.
• Maintain mileage and time logs for reimbursement and compliance.
