High Point & Affiliated Organizations seeks a Mobile Crisis Master Clinician on a per diem basis in Brockton, MA. The role supports mobile crisis services with flexible shifts and requires a Master's degree in a behavioral health field and licensure preference.

The per diem clinician will participate in treatment teams, provide direct care to patients, and coordinate discharge planning while maintaining HIPAA and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Master/Doctoral degree in Human Services related field such as psychology or social work required.
• Independently licensed Behavioral Health Clinician, including: LICSW/ LMHC/ LMFT/ LADC/LABA, license-eligible encouraged.
• Experience with crisis intervention and treatment team meetings.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and submit current licensure or certificate necessary for performance.
• Provide crisis intervention and screening for patients at risk.
• Deliver direct patient care including assessments, individual counseling, and group sessions.
• Discharge planning, treatment planning, and daily progress notes.
