Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Human Services related field such as psychology or social work (required).
• Independently licensed Behavioral Health Clinician preferred (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT/LADC1/LABA).
• Strong de-escalation and crisis intervention skills.
• Experience with crisis services and outpatient care settings.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care including assessments, individual counseling, group sessions, and discharge planning.
• Maintain caseload and complete timely progress notes and treatment plans.
• Coordinate with treatment teams and link patients to aftercare services.
