Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle seeks a Per Diem Pharmacokinetic Technologist to support PK/TDM testing. You will operate GCMS/LCMS and QuantStudio systems, validate reagents, draft SOPs, and train staff, contributing to high-complexity analyses.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a relevant science, 2+ years PK/TDM experience, and clinical certification. Per diem shifts Wednesday-Saturday, with full-week ops possible, and comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and CLIA high-complexity testing eligibility.
• Minimum 2 years PK/TDM or 3 years high-complexity lab experience.
• Certified Medical Technologist/MLS (ASCP/AMT) or MB(ASCP) Chemistry/Molecular.

Responsibilities

• Review/audit Busulfan or PGx results as needed.
• Lead projects and validations of equipment, reagents, processes.
• Validate lab-developed reagents and standards.
• Draft SOPs and train staff in procedures.
• Perform DNA extraction, PCR setup and sequencing.
• Operate and troubleshoot GCMS/LCMS and QuantStudio systems.
• Maintain lab information systems and ensure data integrity.
• Inventory management and supply coordination.
