Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Licensure as Medical Assistant or CNA or EMT/Phlebotomy preferred.
• 0-1 years related work experience required.
• Basic computer skills and web-based application navigation expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist during patient visits and maintain efficient flow in a team-based model.
• Update medication and allergy lists; review screening questions and coordinate with the care team.
• Perform medical assisting duties under supervision: vital signs, EKGs, phlebotomy, immunizations (MA-certified).
• Lead health coaching and population health outreach to meet quality goals.
• Queue prescriptions and enter orders in the EHR; document visit tasks for billing.
