Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform mammography exams using digital or analog equipment, including stereotactic and basic ultrasound procedures.
• Log patients and image series in PACS; coordinate with radiologists for readings.
• Explain procedures and position patients, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Maintain and calibrate mammography equipment; perform daily QC tasks.
• Identify artifacts and equipment issues; report problems to appropriate government personnel.
• Stock supplies and ensure proper documentation in hospital systems.
