Qualifications

MA: Completion of Medical Assisting diploma or AA; EMT/Paramedic licensure; OR 6+ months as Health Center Associate II at PPNCS.
LPN: Active Minnesota LPN license; BLS certificate.

Responsibilities

Interview and screen patients; document history in EMR; prepare patients for exams; triage patient complaints; monitor vital signs.
Perform routine labs including venipuncture; communicate results; ensure follow-up of lab reports; process lab results.
Provide unbiased education on birth control options; non-directive abortion information; assist clinicians.
Maintain inventory; adhere to PPNCS protocols; collaborate with clinicians and staff; participate in onboarding and cross-training.
